UN agency refers to Al Shabaab as "armed group", says offensive against Shabaab is bad for Human rights

As the security situation deteriorates in Mogadishu and the terrorist attacks by Al Shabaab increases, so does the reactions of ordinary frustrated Somalis. The security flaws as well as the the erroneous statements released by the federal government indicates that no major reform will be undertaken by this leadership.
